ANNOOR TEST LABS & ENGINEERING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is a NABL Accredited laboratory offering comprehensive testing services for various construction and infrastructure projects including buildings, roads, bridges, harbors, railway works, and airways. We conduct tests on numerous materials such as soil, aggregates, concrete, water, bitumen, cement, steel, plastic, wood, and electrical cables, as well as mechanical testing. Additionally, we provide structural design, surveying (topography and drone), geotechnical investigations, groundwater survey, electrical and thermal resistivity in soil, preparation of DPR's, pile load tests, structural repair, and non-destructive testing.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Vijayawada. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include managing the hiring process, administering benefits and compensation plans, developing HR policies, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and procedures
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
