Job Title: Surveyor Civil Construction

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor with a strong background in Civil Construction and Infrastructure Projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate surveying, layout, and leveling activities at project sites to ensure precise execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and layout surveys using Total Station (Leica, Sokkia, Topcon) and Auto Level instruments.
  • Prepare and interpret survey data, coordinates, and drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Perform setting out works for foundations, structures, roads, and other civil works.
  • Verify alignment, elevation, and dimensions during and after construction.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to ensure accurate implementation of design layouts.
  • Carry out as-built surveys and maintain updated documentation.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of all survey instruments.
  • Maintain daily reports, field notes, and progress records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Land Survey
  • Experience: 10 15 years in Civil Construction / Infrastructure Projects

  • Technical Skills:

  • Total Station, Auto Level, Theodolite

  • AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Excel

  • Preferred Background: Experience in Real Estate / large-scale building, infrastructure, or industrial construction.

  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Languages: Hindi, English (basic) preferred.
  • Location: Sector-1, Greater Noida West
