Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Noida. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing and controlling project costs, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and conducting cost planning and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure financial efficiency and help maintain project budgets and expenditure.

Location: CMT Office, DFCCIL Noida (Sector-145)

Type of Employment:   Consultant/ FT Employee

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience: – 10 years in relevant domain

Previous experience in railway works may be preferred

Min 5 years working as QS is required

Expertise:

-Evaluation of quantities for Structures (major bridges, minor bridges, ROB, RUB, FOB etc.), Road Works, Track Works

-Cost Estimation/ Rate Analysis

-Good understanding of Civil structure drawings
