Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Management cum Quantity Surveyor, located in Noida. The Contract Management cum Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing contracts, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and performing cost management tasks. The professional will undertake cost planning, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring projects adhere to budget constraints and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQ
  • Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is beneficial
