Role Description

  • Prepare and design railway track alignments using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant civil design software.
  • Work on the development, modification, and optimization of power rail track layouts as per project requirements.
  • Handle end-to-end alignment design processes, including data collection, route study, plan/profile generation, and final design submission.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Earth and Global Mapper for topographical data interpretation and geographic analysis.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and surveyors to ensure accuracy and feasibility of alignment designs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant design standards, safety regulations, and project guidelines.

Qualifications

  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering Preference M. Tech Transportation Engineering

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and Global Mapper.
  • Strong understanding of rail track design principles and geometric alignment concepts.
  • Ability to handle design projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
