  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager / Area Manager / Territory Head
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Good understanding of Andhra Pradesh markets
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple branches and large tea
