Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The role involves managing sales operations, driving team performance, achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and implementing effective sales strategies. Other responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, analyzing sales data, and ensuring efficient distribution and inventory management within the designated territory.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in team management, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in market analysis, report creation, and data interpretation
- Knowledge of retail and distribution channels
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a results-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel as required within the region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree would be an advantage)
