Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
Market Coverage:
- Ensure effective distribution and coverage in the assigned area by managing the network of distributors and retailers.
- Increase width and depth of distribution for Mamaearth products.
Distributor Management:
- Appoint and manage distributors to ensure seamless product availability.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Retailer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to promote product visibility and sales.
- Conduct regular visits to retailers and address their concerns effectively.
Promotions and Visibility:
- Execute trade promotions and schemes in alignment with company guidelines.
- Ensure product visibility through proper merchandising and placement at retail outlets.
Market Insights:
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Share actionable insights with the sales team and management.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
- Train and motivate distributor sales teams to ensure high productivity.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports, stock updates, and market feedback.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
