Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales growth.

Market Coverage:

  • Ensure effective distribution and coverage in the assigned area by managing the network of distributors and retailers.
  • Increase width and depth of distribution for Mamaearth products.

Distributor Management:

  • Appoint and manage distributors to ensure seamless product availability.
  • Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Retailer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to promote product visibility and sales.
  • Conduct regular visits to retailers and address their concerns effectively.

Promotions and Visibility:

  • Execute trade promotions and schemes in alignment with company guidelines.
  • Ensure product visibility through proper merchandising and placement at retail outlets.

Market Insights:

  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Share actionable insights with the sales team and management.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Train and motivate distributor sales teams to ensure high productivity.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports, stock updates, and market feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
