Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications -MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience - 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll.
  • Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC):
  • Ensure compliance with PF and ESIC regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Technical Skills & Soft Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain and manage HR databases and generate necessary reports.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹36,000.00 per month
