Key responsibilities1. IT Infrastructure and Systems Management

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems, including servers, routers, and firewalls.
• Supervise computer labs and ensure all IT assets are functional and up-to-date.
• Manage and maintain the school's various IT assets, such as NAS boxes, switches, and access points.

2. Technical Support and Training

• Provide ongoing technical support to students and staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Handle IT orientations for new staff, including issuing credentials.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide assistance with educational software and administrative systems.
• Develop and deliver training programs for staff on new technologies and IT policies.

3. Security and Data Management

• Implement and enforce security measures, including antivirus, firewalls, and two-factor authentication.
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems.
• Manage password security and protect confidential information.
• Monitor for and respond to security threats and anomalies.

4. Strategy and Leadership

• Develop and implement strategic plans for IT improvements and technology integration to enhance learning and operations.
• Manage the IT budget and oversee IT vendor relationships.
• Create and manage IT policies and best practices.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, managing staff performance and resource allocation.
