Roles and Responsibilities- Project Construction ManagerObjectiveResponsible for the complete project execution, commissioning, STPT, PCT and HOTO to OMS & Customer within Budgeted Cost & Time. Ensure his team achieve zero fatality to Man and Machine and 100% adherence to quality in all customer deliverablesKey AccountabilitiesOptimise the project construction plans to achieve the budget and Contractual obligations to Customer without affecting the approved execution plan.Execution risk mitigation - planning & implementation.Customer Relation Management for smooth execution of ProjectEnsure implementation of HSE plan & QAP as per Co's standard, to meet contractual obligationsCo-ordinate with Project Support Team ( PALM,SCM, Controller, Engg., QHSE) to ensure compliance to contractual obligations for material receipt & execution.Closely work with CFT to drive action on cost effective measures to bring in operational efficiency of project team by reducing cycle time and cost of Delivery.Project execution within budgeted cost & time. Improvement in performance normsManage and develop Co-ordial relation with all vendors for completion of their scope of work as per CPs and ensure WCC sign off before acceptance of invoice and timely release of paymentsEnsure proper work supervision, training of staff and control COPQ with less NCR Cost.Conduct periodic reviews with HoDs and set out process for speedy redressal of execution bottlenecks. Escalate to line & functional HODs wherever needed to ensure quality & timeliness.Drive and enforce Safety Cultural orientation of all project stakeholders to create Safe working environmentResponsible for 100% compliance in statutory and regulatory matters.Drive people engagement with timely feedback and release of agreed Individual Development Plan to HR to ensure implementationMonitor & certify the log sheets of resources deployed by Suzlon All construction resources for civil, electrical & Mechanical ( Main Crane, associated resources & LT assembly)Timely return of plant returnable to storesKey MetricsProject Execution Deliverable : Plan Vs ActualExecution Cost per MW : Budget Vs ActualZero LDCustomer Satisfaction Score > 80%COPQ Cost Reduction / WTG ( NCR Cost + Re Work Cost)Zero Man & Machine Fatality100% Reporting of UC, UA and Near MissAchieve Crane Efficiency : Norms Vs Actual33kV Line length per WTG : Design Vs ActualResource cost reduction : 5%Achieve IDP Training Man-days : Plan Vs ActualTime taken from Commissioning to HOTO ( Customer & OMS): Plan Vs ActualRole & responsibilitiesPreferred candidate profile
