We are a growing multi-brand F&B group managing over 150 staff across 3 brands (Cafe Zyke, Sreeraj Lassi Bar, Vosgi).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations across all outlets ensuring consistency in product and service.

  • Monitor sales performance, profitability, and outlet efficiency.

  • Manage vendor relations, supply chain, and logistics.

  • Lead staff training and performance evaluations.

Experience Required:
4–8 years in F&B; chain operations or retail multi-outlet management.

Candidate Profile:
Hands-on operations leader with proven ability to scale outlets and maintain

  • efficiency.

Location: Bangalore

  • Work From Office Only.
  • Language: Kannada, Hindi, English preferred
  • Salary: As per industry standard
