We aim to create a seamless ecosystem where practitioners can grow their practice while offering exceptional care to patients.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving occupancy of cabins, co-working spaces, studio rooms, and wellness facilities. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for doctors and wellness practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  2. Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital channels.

  3. Engage with doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, therapists, and wellness practitioners.
  4. Build a strong database of local clinics, hospitals, and independent practitioners.

  5. Sales Presentations & Tours

  6. Conduct property tours showcasing cabins, facilities, and value-added services.

  7. Clearly explain packages, pricing, support services, and infrastructure advantages.
  8. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable plans.

  9. Sales Conversion & Negotiation

  10. Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp, and email.

  11. Address objections professionally and negotiate commercial terms.
  12. Maintain high conversion ratios with timely communication.

  13. Client Onboarding

  14. Support documentation, KYC collection, and agreement formalities.

  15. Coordinate with operations & admin to prepare the cabin before move-in.
  16. Ensure a smooth start for new practitioners.

  17. Relationship Management

  18. Maintain healthy relationships with existing practitioners to promote renewals.

  19. Understand ongoing needs, take feedback, and coordinate support.
  20. Identify upsell opportunities (extra hours, additional cabins, clinical support add-ons, visibility packages).

  21. Reporting & Documentation

  22. Maintain CRM entries, daily call logs, and lead statuses.

  23. Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Centre Manager.
  24. Track occupancy, revenue targets, and lead-to-conversion ratios.

Qualification & Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate, co-working, medical sales, hospitality preferred).
  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C service sales is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
