About The Opportunity
A fast-growing firm operating in the Financial Services sector focused on Foreign Exchange (Forex) sales and corporate treasury solutions. We serve corporate and retail clients across India with FX spot, forward, and hedging products—delivering market-informed execution and advisory services.

We are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager - Forex to work onsite in India and help scale commercial coverage, improve client outcomes, and drive revenue from FX products.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and expand an assigned client portfolio by selling FX products (spot, forward, swaps) to corporate and retail accounts.
  • Execute and coordinate trade orders with the trading desk to ensure timely, compliant, and best-execution of currency transactions.
  • Design and present tailored hedging and FX risk-management proposals based on client needs and market movements.
  • Manage end-to-end client lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, KYC/AML coordination, settlement follow-up, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update sales pipelines and forecasts, and produce regular market briefings and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, and product teams to improve processes, pricing, and client experience while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in FX sales, treasury, or corporate banking; strong track record of meeting targets.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate market movements into actionable client recommendations; strong Excel skills for pricing and scenario analysis.
