Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Forex Operations Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end foreign exchange operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of forex transactions, regulatory compliance, documentation, and risk management, along with proven leadership skills to manage a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all forex operations, including inward and outward remittances, export/import documentation, and foreign currency transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, and AML/KYC guidelines.
  • Monitor and reconcile foreign exchange positions, rates, and settlements.
  • Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and clients for smooth execution of forex deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of forex transactions and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure adherence to operational procedures.
  • Handle audits and ensure all forex-related documentation is complete and compliant.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 5–10 years of experience in forex or treasury operations within a bank, financial institution, or forex company.

Pay: ₹500, ₹900,000.00 per month
