Job Summary:
We're looking for a
Sales Executive
who will engage with genuinely interested customers — not through cold calls, but through
qualified leads
generated from our
online marketing campaigns
and
society events
.
This role focuses on guiding customers, understanding their needs, and helping them experience THW's offerings —
without any hard selling or pressure tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, or email —
no cold calling required
.
- Handle inbound leads received from
digital campaigns, WhatsApp
, and
society events
.
- Maintain and update all leads, follow-ups, and interactions inside
Zoho CRM
.
- Educate customers about THW's products, subscription options, and sustainability approach.
- Coordinate with the
Customer Success
and
Marketing teams
to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Collect feedback from customers and share insights to improve lead conversion quality.
- Achieve conversion targets through
relationship-based engagement
, not force selling.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years
of experience in
D2C / FMCG / service-based
customer-facing roles
- Proactive freshers
with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong follow-up discipline and data entry accuracy in Zoho CRM.
- Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Positive attitude, empathy towards customers, and ability to build trust.
- A team player with a startup spirit — organized, respectful, and purpose driven.
