Role Overview
We are hiring a confident and result-driven Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring new corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services. The role involves end-to-end business development from lead generation to client onboarding, with travel across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram. Company will reimburse travel expenses for client visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate quality leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for staffing and recruitment needs.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations confidently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Business Leaders.
- Meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business development
- Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and confidence in handling corporate meetings.
- Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, and Gurugram for client interactions.
- Preference for candidates from consulting or recruitment firms.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building with potential clients.
