Key Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with TCS client.
  • Strong client-facing skills with proven track record.
  • Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing and delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified IT candidates through various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate onboarding processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular performance reports.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and talent market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Strong networking abilities and social media recruitment expertise.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
