Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce Developer
with hands-on experience in
Flosum
,
Sales Cloud
, and
Service Cloud
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Implement and manage
    Flosum
    for version control, deployment automation, and release management.
  • Configure and customize
    Sales Cloud
    and
    Service Cloud
    functionalities to support sales and service operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and administrators to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices across Salesforce environments.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, automation, and user experience.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continually optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven expertise in
    Sales Cloud
    and
    Service Cloud
    implementation.
  • Strong experience with
    Flosum
    or other DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
  • Proficiency in
    Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL,
    and
    REST/SOAP APIs
    .
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation in Salesforce environments.
  • Salesforce Developer or Platform App Builder certification preferred.
