Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled
Salesforce QA/Automation Engineer
to design, develop, and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Salesforce testing
and
automation using CRT (Continuous Regression Testing)
or similar frameworks, ensuring smooth and error-free deployments across multiple releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive
    test plans, test cases, and test scripts
    for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform
    functional, regression, and integration testing
    of Salesforce features and customizations.
  • Automate regression tests
    using
    CRT
    or equivalent automation tools.
  • Work closely with developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Participate in release cycles and validate builds across
    Salesforce environments
    (sandbox, UAT, production).
  • Ensure adherence to
    Salesforce QA best practices
    and maintain high-quality delivery standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, frameworks, and automation strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in
    Salesforce QA and test automation
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Salesforce testing tools
    (e.g., CRT, Selenium, Provar, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
    .
  • Experience in
    API testing
    and
    data validation
    within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD pipelines
    and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certification(s) such as
    Salesforce Certified Administrator
    or
    Platform App Builder
    .
  • Experience with
    Flosum
    ,
    Copado
    , or other DevOps tools.
  • Exposure to
    Agile/Scrum methodologies
    and sprint-based QA cycles.
