we are hiring multiple DevOps Architect to work across PAN India locations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Copado, Flosum, Salesforce DevOps and GIT with a preference for those with domain experience in Utilities. This role involves optimizing our development processes and ensuring seamless integration and deployment contributing to our companys success and societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain robust DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce DevOps solutions.
  • Utilize Copado to automate and enhance deployment workflows improving efficiency and reliability.
  • Manage and optimize version control systems using GIT to ensure code integrity and collaboration.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in DevOps and software development.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues minimizing downtime and enhancing user experience.
  • Contribute to the improvement of system architecture and infrastructure aligning with business goals.
  • Document processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance development and operational capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Copado and Salesforce DevOps essential for optimizing deployment processes.
  • Experience in Flosum is preferred
  • Demonstrate proficiency in GIT for effective version control and collaboration.
  • Experience in the Utilities domain is a plus providing valuable industry insights.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.
