Position: IT / Network Administrator

Location: ITM Hospital & Research Centre, Gwalior

Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years

About the Role

ITM Hospital & Research Centre is seeking an experienced IT / Network Administrator to oversee and manage the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensure secure networking, and support healthcare technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain hospital IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, servers, switches, and routers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls to ensure network security and compliance.
  • Oversee installation, maintenance, and monitoring of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.
  • Provide IT support for hospital applications such as Hospital Management System (HMS), EMR/EHR, LIS, and PACS.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct backups, and implement disaster recovery protocols.
  • Collaborate with biomedical, operations, and clinical teams to ensure smooth IT-medical integration.
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and cybersecurity measures to protect patient data.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and AMC.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Hands-on knowledge of Switching, Routing, Firewall configurations (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, etc.).
  • Expertise in CCTV installation, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, and storage solutions.
  • Strong understanding of network security protocols and hospital IT compliance.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics or equivalent.
  • Preferred Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CEH, Fortinet/Sophos Firewall Certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
