
Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will achieve sales goals by servicing and expanding the customer base within Maharashtra and its surrounding regions. You will lead sales campaigns, source new clients, and build strong relationships with Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives, working in the field alongside your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Visits:
- Ensure the team visits all prospects and monitor visit accuracy.
- Conduct detailed checks on BDAs, with back office support for additional reviews.
Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement a sales and revenue business plan.
- Plan and coordinate outstation and local travel for effective customer engagement.
- Share daily and weekly visit plans with flexibility for adjustments.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular contact with key customers and manage inquiries and complaints.
- Build and expand the sales network across various segments.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Ensure timely follow-up on visits and sales activities.
- Conduct market research and maintain client information.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the Sales Head.
Strategic Development:
- Develop marketing strategies for new and pipeline products.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to ensure target achievement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
