Role & Responsibilities
As a
Business Development Executive
, you'll be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth in the US market. You'll leverage your experience to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into loyal clients.
- Connect daily with potential clients using CRM tools and lead databases
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline
- Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions and services
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals
- Accurately document interactions and progress in CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Working Hours & Schedule
- Days:
Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off) - Shift:
Night shift (US hours) - Timings:
7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (9-hour shift)
Candidate Profile
We're looking for a confident and results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and client engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience
in sales, preferably in IT or consulting - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment
- Proficient in CRM tools and lead management systems
- Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced international market
