Role & Responsibilities

As a
Business Development Executive
, you'll be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth in the US market. You'll leverage your experience to identify opportunities, build relationships, and convert leads into loyal clients.

  • Connect daily with potential clients using CRM tools and lead databases
  • Conduct cold calling and lead generation to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions and services
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and close deals
  • Accurately document interactions and progress in CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction


Working Hours & Schedule

  • Days:
    Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
  • Shift:
    Night shift (US hours)
  • Timings:
    7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (9-hour shift)


Candidate Profile

We're looking for a confident and results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and client engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in sales, preferably in IT or consulting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and working in a target-driven environment
  • Proficient in CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced international market
