We Are Hiring – International Business Development Executive (IT Services Sales Only)

Location: Indore (Work From Office)

Experience: 1–4 Years

At IBR Infotech, we are expanding our global footprint and looking for a dynamic International Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads through multiple platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Clutch, Bark, Apollo, Cold Emails, and Cold Calling.
  • Drive international sales for IT services by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients.
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and follow-ups to establish strong business relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to understand client needs and propose the right solutions.
  • Handle client communication confidently across international markets.
  • Maintain accurate reports of leads, opportunities, and conversions.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of proven experience in International Business Development / IT Sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic technical knowledge of IT services, web, and software solutions.
  • Ability to work in flexible work hours to connect with international clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, target-driven approach.
