Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our Sales and Marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, revenue, and brand awareness. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth and market share expansion.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage sales teams, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure success.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Marketing:
1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
2. Brand Management: Oversee brand management, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Campaign Development: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social, event).
Shared Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
2. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and marketing metrics to inform strategy and optimize results.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and customer service.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, practices, and trends.
3. Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, developing and executing sales and marketing plans that drive business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Industry Experience: Experience in specific industries (e.g., construction, interiors).
2. Analytics: Experience with sales and marketing analytics tools.
