This is a remote position Pratra is a global travel technology company delivering innovative software products and solutions to the travel industry With offices in India the US and the UK we are expanding rapidly and seeking an Inside Sales Head to lead and scale our sales operations Role Overview As the Inside Sales Head you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across international markets building high-performing teams and designing winning sales strategies Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and scale the Inside Sales team to meet ambitious business targets Drive lead generation pipeline management and global sales growth Collaborate with Marketing Business Development to optimize lead conversion Build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships Implement CRM and automation tools to drive efficiency and results Track KPIs and deliver insights to leadership Requirements 10 years of sales experience with 5 years in Inside Sales leadership Proven success in building and managing high-performing sales teams Experience in SaaS IT travel technology industry preferred Strong communication negotiation and leadership skills Proficiency in CRM platforms Zoho Salesforce HubSpot Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Remote role based out of Chennai Opportunity to lead global inside sales in a fast-growing tech company Collaborative and growth-driven culture
