Marketing Head Location Chennai - Corporate Office Qualification Any Graduation Post Graduation in Marketing or Specialization in Marketing Experience 8 - 10 years Age Limit 35 - 40 years Industry Background Preferably Hotel Service Industry or Similar Industries Job Summary The Marketing Head will be responsible for strategizing planning and executing marketing initiatives to drive brand growth customer engagement and revenue generation The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hotel or service industry with proven expertise in leading high-performing marketing teams Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitive landscape to identify opportunities Brand Management Strengthen brand identity and positioning in the market Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels Digital Marketing Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO SEM social media and email campaigns Monitor website traffic user engagement and online sales performance Campaign Management Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products services and events Track campaign performance and generate reports on ROI Team Leadership Lead mentor and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives Foster a culture of creativity collaboration and innovation Partnerships and PR Build and maintain relationships with external partners vendors and media agencies Oversee public relations activities to enhance brand reputation Budget Management Prepare and manage the marketing budget Optimize resource allocation to maximize impact Customer Insights Conduct market research and gather customer feedback Use insights to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience Required Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong analytical and decision-making abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in the hotel resort hospitality or service industry Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
