Role Description We are looking for a full-time, on-site Head of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing efforts from our Chennai office. This role involves developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, overseeing lead generation initiatives, and analyzing web analytics to optimize performance. The Head of Digital Marketing will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure optimized campaigns, foster business growth, and deliver value to our clients. As a key leader in our organization, you will also mentor and guide a team of marketing professionals to achieve department and company goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Marketing and Digital Strategy, with the ability to lead comprehensive campaigns and align strategies with business goals.Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition across platforms.Experience in leveraging Web Analytics tools to monitor, evaluate, and improve marketing initiatives and ROI.Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.Strong communication and project management abilities, with a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required; a master's degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment and collaborating across teams and sectors is highly advantageous.
