Job Description for Head of Marketing

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility.

Oversee all online marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.

Coordinate with content, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.

Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.

Stay current with digital marketing trends and potential new channels.

Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.

Proven experience as Head of Digital Marketing or similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
