Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing located in Chennai. As the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the strategic and operational leader of our Chennai delivery team. You’ll oversee daily operations, ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality, and instil a results-driven, accountable team culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
  • Ensure all client work in Asana is on time, complete, and meets expectations
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks, missed deadlines, or performance issues promptly
  • Own end-to-end project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Ensure monthly reporting (Google Ads, SEO, Web) is accurate, insightful, and sent on time
  • Maintain project visibility with clear progress updates and task ownership
  • Coach, train, and motivate the team to continuously improve skills and efficiency
  • Recognise top performers and manage underperformance proactively
  • Provide weekly progress reports to the Director on delivery, client health, and team performance


Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and web project lifecycles
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
  • Hands-on experience with Asana, Google Drive, Clockify, and reporting tools
