Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Marketing, based in Chennai. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities, which include developing market strategies, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and handling public relations efforts. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to drive growth and improve customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and creating effective campaigns
  • Strong skills in Market Research for understanding industry trends and consumer behavior
  • Ability to drive Sales performance and collaborate with sales teams to achieve business objectives
  • Proficiency in Public Relations to manage the company's brand and external communications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably in marketplace or technology sectors
