We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Head of Digital Marketing
to lead our growing digital marketing and development teams and drive performance-focused campaigns for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage digital marketing and development teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Build and execute performance-driven strategies across SEO, SEM, SMO, and affiliate channels.
  • Drive business development by pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with key clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative digital solutions using emerging technologies.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, design, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and analyze post-campaign results to optimize performance.
  • Mentor and guide the team to maintain a high-performance, results-oriented culture.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in digital and web marketing with a proven track record of results.
  • Minimum 5 years in business development, consulting, or IT solution management.
  • Strong client communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on expertise in SEO, SEM, SMO, affiliate marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and website optimization.
  • Ability to identify and leverage new technologies and digital trends.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
