I am seeking an experienced and creative
Head of Digital Marketing
with a strong background in real estate. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of digital campaign management, lead generation, content creation, and promotional strategies that convert. This is a leadership role with a direct impact on growth, requiring a hands-on approach and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies tailored for the real estate market.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize high-performing digital campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content including graphics, videos, reels, and landing pages to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Monitor analytics and KPIs to track campaign performance and continuously improve ROI.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and tools relevant to real estate and implement innovative tactics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, paid media, and performance marketing.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative mindset with hands-on experience in video production, visual storytelling, and promotional content.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing budgets and multi-channel marketing plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., , HubSpot, Salesforce) and real estate marketing platforms (e.g., Property Finder, MagicBricks, Zillow, etc.).
