Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Head to join our team in Chennai. This full-time role is ideal for a fresher with up to 1 year of work experience. The successful candidate will spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, contributing to strategic growth and brand visibility in alignment with our IT services and consulting objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Expertise in social media marketing to drive brand awareness and customer engagement through various platforms.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms to craft and execute email campaigns that enhance customer relationships.
  • Skilled in data analytics and reporting for evaluating campaign performance and deriving actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM tools for managing customer interactions and improving business relationships.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance marketing efforts across channels.
  • SEO strategy and implementation (Mandatory skill) to optimize our digital content for search engines and improve visibility.
  • Content marketing (Mandatory skill) necessary for creating engaging and informative content that aligns with our brand message.
  • PPC advertising platforms (Mandatory skill) to effectively manage and execute pay-per-click ad campaigns that drive targeted traffic.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance online presence.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant digital content across various platforms.
  • Manage SEO efforts to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our website.
  • Implement and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to adjust marketing strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
