Job Title: Product Manager - Non-Functional and SaaS Aspects

Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the non-functional and SaaS aspects of our products. Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an expert on market and customer needs, translating them into prioritized product requirements.

• Guide the product development team to successfully execute the product roadmap within a fast-paced, agile product lifecycle.

• Communicate directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate hypotheses for new ideas.

• Collaborate with other product managers to understand overall company strategy, goals, and priorities.

• Work closely with Product Owners to groom product requirements into well-defined Epics and User Stories.

• Collaborate with R&D throughout the product delivery lifecycle to ensure high quality and timely deliverables.

• Own the roadmap and communicate the business and technical rationale behind your product decisions.

• Work cross-functionally to drive commitment of resources and delivery schedule for the required services.

• Work closely with DevOps and Infrastructure development teams.

Required Experience:

• 3 years of product management experience in B2B tech solutions, with a strong preference for Fintech.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Broad technical understanding, including SaaS, Platform, and API architecture.

• Ability to work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them clearly for the rest of the company.

• Strong business analytical skills with the ability to assess and understand results, identify issues and solutions, and present these clearly.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with both business and technical audiences.
