analytics, satellite-based crop monitoring, and intelligent decision support for farmers,

enterprises, and regulatory bodies.

Role Overview
As a Product Manager (Mid-Level), you will own end-to-end product lifecycle for one or

more key product lines within MMC. You will work at the intersection of technology, data

science, and agronomy—translating customer needs into scalable SaaS features, managing

execution with engineering and QA, and ensuring successful adoption with global clients.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of product management experience who

thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments and is looking to make a direct

impact in data-driven agriculture and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
 Partner with the Head of Product to define and refine product vision, strategy, and success metrics.

 Break down strategic goals into epics, user stories, and backlog items aligned with sprint planning.

 Balance competing priorities: ongoing bug fixes, one-time delivery projects, ad-hoc farmer/enterprise reports, and strategic innovations.

Execution & Delivery
 Drive sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for assigned products/projects.

 Translate requirements into clear PRDs, acceptance criteria, and workflows for Engineering, QA, and Data Science teams.

 Ensure timely delivery of features, bug fixes, and client commitments without compromising quality.

 Maintain ownership of QA handover → UAT → Production rollouts.

Stakeholder Management
 Serve as the voice of the customer with internal teams—ensuring client needs are translated into actionable product requirements.

 Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to leadership (CEO/COO), sales, and external partners.

 Align product outcomes with organizational KPIs (ARR, retention, client adoption, NPS, etc.).

Research & Innovation
 Collaborate with data scientists and agronomists to validate new models

 Monitor industry trends in agritech, satellite imagery, and sustainability to feed the product backlog.

 Champion data-driven decision-making with metrics (IoU, MAPE, utilization, risk scores, etc.).

Experience
Key Requirements
 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS, analytics, or agritech domains.

 Proven track record of managing complex products/projects with multiple stakeholders.

 Exposure to agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint management tools (Zoho Sprints, Jira, etc.).

Skills
 Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

 Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (CXOs, clients, cross- functional teams).

 Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret product KPIs, model evaluation metrics, and ROI.

 Familiarity with geospatial analytics, AI/ML workflows, or agricultural systems (preferred but not mandatory).
