Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Developer, based in Lucknow. The primary responsibilities include leading business development strategies, conducting market research, generating leads, working directly with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The Senior Business Developer will identify growth opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and develop proposals to address client needs while contributing to the company's strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop strategies, and identify business opportunities
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate internally and build client relationships
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and industry trends
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to understand client requirements and ensure satisfaction
  • Leadership skills and experience managing client accounts or business projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and business development software is beneficial
