business partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations
that will elevate the club's commercial and community impact.

Role Overview

The
Business Development & Sponsorship Manager/Intern
will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new sponsorship and partnership opportunities for the club and academy.

This role involves strategic planning, proposal creation, partner management, and execution of marketing activations in coordination with our management and media team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential sponsors, partners, and corporate collaborators.
  • Develop and present customized
    sponsorship proposals
    and decks.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, schools, and institutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sponsor visibility in campaigns.
  • Support in organizing football events, camps, and promotional activities.
  • Research and analyze trends in
    sports marketing and sponsorships
    .
  • Assist in creating reports, case studies, and partnership outcomes.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interest or background in
    football, sports management, or marketing
    .
  • Ability to think creatively and identify new business opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of branding, corporate sales, and partnerships.
  • Students or graduates in
    Sports Management, Marketing, or Business
    are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in sponsorship or business development (preferred but not mandatory).
