We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to support our paper lottery business by screening potential customers from DSRs (Daily Sales Reports), generating leads, and following up through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying opportunities, maintaining accurate lead records, and convincing even initially uninterested parties through clear communication and a strong understanding of our lottery offerings. Roles & Responsibilities 1.
Lead Generation & ScreeningAnalyse and extract potential leads from Daily Sales Reports (DSRs), including retailers, past customers, and dormant accounts. Identify prospects who show potential for re-engagement or new business opportunities. Maintain a daily calling target and generate a healthy pipeline of interested leads.2.
Outbound CallingMake high-volume outbound calls to retailers, agents, and prospective clients from lead databases. Present lottery products and schemes clearly and persuasively. Handle both interested and not-interested parties with a positive and engaging tone.3.
Persuasion & ConversionConvince initially disinterested prospects by explaining benefits, promotions, or success stories. Address objections and provide solutions to create interest in participating or rejoining the lottery network.Follow-up consistently with warm leads to increase conversion rates.4. Database ManagementMaintain and update accurate call logs, feedback, and lead status in the system or CRM.Tag leads appropriately (e.g., hot, cold, follow-up, converted) for sales tracking and reporting.
Create and manage personal lead databases for recurring follow-ups and reactivation.5. Reporting & CoordinationShare daily/weekly reports on call volume, lead status, conversions, and challenges with the supervisor. Coordinate with the field sales/marketing team to hand over converted or high-potential leads.
Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and understand ongoing promotional campaigns.
