Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a fresh B.Com graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking sales or related fields. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales while developing strong communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services
  • Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and database management
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking sales, financial services, or telesales
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Good listening skills and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in banking products (loans, credit cards, insurance)
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
  • Familiarity with lead generation and follow-up processes
  • Understanding of financial products and services
