Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be a fresh B.Com graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking sales or related fields. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in sales while developing strong communication and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and database management
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognized university
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in banking sales, financial services, or telesales
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and local language
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software)
- Good listening skills and customer-focused approach
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence
- Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in banking products (loans, credit cards, insurance)
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with lead generation and follow-up processes
- Understanding of financial products and services
