A leading client of Empower Resources requires AGM- Facility for a manufacturing company

JD:

1.    Manage ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), DI Plant, ZLD (Zero liquid Discharge), Operation of NH3 Stripper  operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and plant standards.

2.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to waste water treatment, sewage treatment, and water quality management.

3.    Candidate having experience in preparation of design, costing in ETP, STP, RO and ZLD.

4.    Develop the down the line team, Strong interpersonal skills and team building capability

5.    Developments of indigenous vendor to reduce the cost of spares to reduce the operation and maintenance cost.

6.    Identify significant environmental aspects and impacts of operational activities and recommend possible mitigating measures.

7.    Submit Self-Monitoring Reports (SMRs) and Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMRs) periodically.

8.    Report any environmental incidents or exceedances in effluent and/or emission standards within a stipulated time frame.

9.    Act as the liaison officer to the Pollution Control Board (PCB) and coordinate regulatory programs with local government units

10.    Well ware about all permitting and registration requirements prior to the construction or operation of pollution sources and control facilities
