Job brief

We are looking for Facility & Housekeeping Executive to oversee all building-related

activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and

ensuring that facilities are safe and well functioning.

**Job Description**:
Housekeeping
- Cleaning of the entire campus including temple/Road/service lines/sales office/Admin

office/store/Maingate etc.
- Waste collection & Disposal procedure and processing of Biodegradable waste &
solid waste disposal.
- Sewer system, Drainage maintenance & cleaning / checking procedure & follow ups.
- To keep each infra services & equipment drawings & service manual with contacting

person detail at site of all services.
- To keep records of all police & public coordination
- Security : To keep records for each vehicle inward & outward. Customer Staff

records. Maintain E Security System, Update My Gate App, CCTV Control
- To upkeep with procedure all amenities.
- Club house : to Develop how to maintain & keep update of club area, With Expert

help of indoor stadium
- Street light/Generator/Water pump/STP/OWC operation
- Cultural programme at site
- IT equipment software and hardware controller
- Customer care for infra & Services / sample Unit management
- IT skill/discipline and healthy support the team of organisation
- Control site and site office
- Customer infra complain
- My gate app installation
- How to maintain township on same concept of Hotel maintenance
- MSEB Meter Work
- Responsible For Gram Panchayat Water Supply - Quantity Recording
- STP Maintenance & Operation
- Water Supply Line Maintenance
- Customer Complaint
- Customer Possession
- Lift Maintenance
- Take care of Club & swimming pool area
- Customer Maintenance amount Record

Landscaping:

- Season flower plantation
- To locate landscape work considering Landscape Layout.
- Maintain trees, shrubs & develop the same.
- To develop procedure for how to maintain entire landscape
- Development of Nursery at site.
- To keep inventory of all equipment / devices & maintain the same.
- Keep fit trees & shrubs with horticulture compliances

Required:

- Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best

practices
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Good analytical/critical thinking

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
