We are looking for a Marketing Executive - Facility Management & Housekeeping Services.
- Within the commercial facilities management industry, find new potential consumers and keep in touch with current ones.
- Drive the sales process of housekeeping services in Nagpur from inquiry coordination through “Closing the Deal”
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's marketing and business development plan and strategy in facilities management service.
- Stay updated on future initiatives, markets, customer news, and developments in the facility management industry.
- Ensure that all customer communications follow our standards and are accurate in both content and format.
- Adjust to changing trends in housekeeping services and seize market opportunities.
- Evaluate the targeted quality of incoming business and concentrate your efforts on housekeeping services in Nagpur

**Requirements**:

- Commercially minded with at least 1- 2 years of progressive experience in facilities management and housekeeping services
- Must be incredibly flexible, versatile, and capable of cooperating well with the facility management culture.
- Strong analytical and verbal communication abilities

Will report to General Manager - Facility Management & Housekeeping Services

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
