**Responsibilities**:

- Assist management of client accounts, ensuring successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Take creative briefs from clients and accurately interpret them for internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and strategy to develop and execute successful advertising campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic planning, and understanding of client needs.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring agendas and objectives are set.
- Pitch for new business opportunities and contribute to the agency's growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
