Job Title: Customer Support Associate (Level - L1)
Shift: Rotational Night Shifts
Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as Customer Support Associates (L1 level). This role is an excellent opportunity for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals from any domain who possess strong English communication skills (B2 level or above).
You will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification: 10+2 Pass (12th Standard)
Experience:
Freshers with strong English communication skills (SVAR B2 / 59)
Tenured candidates from any domain with proven B2-level communication skills
Communication: Excellent verbal & written English
Work Mode & Location
Work From Office (WFO) only
Relocation Assistance given for Outstation candidates as per Company's Relocation Policy
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls with professionalism and empathy
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Maintain high levels of service quality and adhere to company policies
Candidates must be willing to work in night shifts.(US Shifts)
Collaborate with team members to meet performance metrics and goals
