Job Title: Fresher International Customer support

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers with queries, complaints, or support issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
  • Record all interactions in the CRM system clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a professional tone and adhere to quality standards on every call.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Freshers are welcome – No prior experience required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts (depending on business requirements).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (any stream).
  • Prior experience in BPO / customer service will be a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or call center software.
