Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase café footfall and revenue.
- Identify and pursue local partnership opportunities (e.g., offices, event planners, delivery apps, influencers).
- Promote catering, group bookings, and corporate sales offerings.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
- Implement and manage loyalty or referral programs to boost customer retention.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service and satisfaction.
Marketing Support:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal offerings.
- Support online presence (social media, Google listings, etc.) by providing content ideas and sales insights.
- Collaborate on in-store promotions and signage to increase upselling.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with café staff to align sales goals with service quality.
- Train front-of-house staff on upselling and customer engagement techniques.
- Monitor team performance related to sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Targets:
- Set and track weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
- Recommend pricing strategies and menu adjustments based on customer preferences and market trends.
