Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase café footfall and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue local partnership opportunities (e.g., offices, event planners, delivery apps, influencers).
  • Promote catering, group bookings, and corporate sales offerings.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with regular customers and corporate clients.
  • Implement and manage loyalty or referral programs to boost customer retention.
  • Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service and satisfaction.

Marketing Support:

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal offerings.
  • Support online presence (social media, Google listings, etc.) by providing content ideas and sales insights.
  • Collaborate on in-store promotions and signage to increase upselling.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with café staff to align sales goals with service quality.
  • Train front-of-house staff on upselling and customer engagement techniques.
  • Monitor team performance related to sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Targets:

  • Set and track weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and menu adjustments based on customer preferences and market trends.
