Job Summary

We are urgently hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic travel team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing leads to explain domestic and international tour packages.
  • Make proactive outbound (cold) calls to generate new business opportunities.
  • Follow up effectively on leads to convert them into bookings.
  • Manage and update customer data accurately in the CRM system.
  • Handle online marketplace leads and assign them to appropriate Travel Consultants.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide customers with updated package details, pricing, and itineraries.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales, conversion, and call volume targets.
  • Maintain knowledge of company travel products, promotions, and destinations.
  • Provide regular feedback to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Travel & Tourism / BBA preferred).
  • 0–4 years of experience in Travel Sales, Student Counselling, EdTech, or Automobile Sales preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Conversational Hindi/Malayalam preferred).
  • Strong persuasion and customer relationship skills.
  • Proven consistency in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam High Court, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
