Sales and Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote MentorBee’s courses and programs to students and parents.
Identify target markets and tailor marketing initiatives to attract and retain students.
Digital Marketing:
Manage social media platforms to create engaging and relevant content that builds brand awareness.
Execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to drive leads and enrollments.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Event Management:
Plan and organize workshops, webinars, and open house events to showcase MentorBee’s offerings.
Coordinate promotional events in schools and communities to build relationships and increase visibility.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents.
Market Research:
Conduct competitor analysis and gather market insights to stay ahead in the educational sector.
Identify emerging trends and recommend actionable strategies to leverage them.
Collaboration:
Work closely with academic teams to understand course offerings and align them with marketing messages.
Collaborate with the design team to create impactful marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and online banners.
Sales Support:
Drive enrollment numbers by converting leads into registrations.
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales data, providing regular reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creativity and a knack for developing innovative marketing campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools is a plus.
